Build a clear multiplication table for any number from 1 to 30, then copy or print it for practice.
The 7 times table begins 7, 14, 21, 28. Each product adds another group of 7.
Products from 7 × 1 through 7 × 12.

How to Use the Times Table Generator
Choose the number you want to practice, then set the first and last multipliers. The table shows each expression and product in order. Use “Print Table” for a clean table without the rest of the page, or use “Copy Result” to copy the full list.
How Multiplication Tables Work
Multiplication combines equal groups. A 7 times table lists 7 × 1, 7 × 2, 7 × 3, and so on. Each new row increases by 7, so the products form an arithmetic pattern.
Practice a Times Table in Three Ways
- Read a row aloud as a fact: “seven times eight is fifty-six.”
- Cover the product column and recall the answer before revealing it.
- Start with a short range, then extend it to 20 or more when the pattern feels familiar.
For a quick self-check, reverse the factors: 7 × 8 and 8 × 7 have the same product.
Why the Range Starts at 1
This generator is for the positive multiplication facts usually practiced in school. Multiplying by 0 always gives 0; multiplying by 1 leaves the number unchanged. If you need zero in a classroom chart, write it as a separate first row.
Common Times Table Mistakes
Does changing the factor order change the answer?
No. Multiplication is commutative: 6 × 7 = 7 × 6 = 42.
Can I generate several tables at once?
This tool focuses on one table at a time so it is easy to print and practice.
What if the multiplier range is reversed?
Enter a starting multiplier that is less than or equal to the ending multiplier.
Times Table FAQs
What is 7 × 12?
7 × 12 = 84.
Is 8 × 7 the same as 7 × 8?
Yes. Both products are 56.
Can I print the generated table?
Yes. Choose Print Table to print the table by itself.
